Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at www.riowell.com (the “Site”), operated by Riowell Security Inc. (“Riowell,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Website Purpose
The Site is provided for informational purposes only. The content on this Site describes our commercial security services and is intended to help prospective and existing clients learn about Riowell and contact us. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of services. All security system installations, monitoring agreements, and service engagements are governed by separate written service agreements executed between Riowell and the client.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or provincial law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site or any related systems or networks.

- Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious or harmful material into the Site or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise harvest content from the Site in bulk without our express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIOWELL SECURITY INC., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100).
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law where such rights cannot be waived by contract.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If you have a concern, please contact us first using the details below. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Riowell agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the City of Mississauga or the Regional Municipality of Peel, Ontario. You waive any objection to the laying of venue in those courts.
10. Modifications to Terms
Riowell reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or, if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
